Hi guys, I am new here and new to JDownloader, too. Please correct me if I post it in the wrong place.

About my issue, I have been trying to download some shared files in my GG drive (I was shared by my friend who owns these files). I tried the normal way to copy and paste the link of the files to JD 2, but it did not work, with the faulty showing as a "Offline files", I guess the reason is that they are not public-share files. Then I tried to get the direct link, that allows me to download when I paste them to my browser, but it did not work with JD 2, either. Particularly, nothing happened when I pasted the link except the timer counting down.

That is the direct link I mentioned:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

They may expire when you click on them, btw.

The direct link does not work as it is connected to your account/session/cookies.

You can try to add your google account to JDownloader and then use the normal share link.
Or you create a share-download link you can give others.

It's caused by the unhandled *Google Drive - Virus scan warning*

Forgive me since I am new here, but does it mean it a bug and I can do nothing to fix it. Am I right?

This means that JDownloader currently cannot handle the *google virus warning* and the download fails because of this. We first have to add support for it
