I have a premium account on depositfiles I have entered the needed data in the user account pane and check that the account is correct. No problem there.

Everytime i try to start a download from deposit, I am asked for a catcha which hould not append.

the problem does not appears when I download from my browser.

in the log it shows your account is identified as free account, free accounts have captcha, hence captcha.

I fixed the plugin so account status wont say premium account for free account.

What JDownloader Version do you use? In case of old JD1, please upgrade to JDownloader 2 (http://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2). In case you already have JD2, please provide a logfile. Menu -> Help -> Create log and give logID

JD2 worked in the morning, depositfiles service stopped after new-start.

This change on their server side is not new. It occured probaly two weeks ago, but I did not inform.
Please check or - we might wait. May be we will see a "self healing" again.

Right now, I try to download from depositfiles and the new type of captcha prevents it. It is the new "I am not a robot" captcha and the browser loop does not display it.

Sorry, I have a free account. When I try run JDownloader it found (recognize) files @ deposit but when try to start return error on server. Maybe because deposit change mechanism of capture recognition? Sometimes it give me a captcha windows directly but sometimes I see a window where I have to click. After I click on this window (I suggest specific coords - select yes or no does not matter) I see a window with captcha recognition

Depositfiles - Their captcha requires the use of a "anti robot" CheckBox in the Browser. It's really frustating. Would be fine if we get some idea to solve this.

It works.
But now it displays everywhere a warning that the hoster limits the download.
I don't believe that youtube does that, for example. It is rather bandwidth limitation of my network on the moment.
