Default Q regarding packagizer, link origin and opening DLC file

I'm trying to disable links added by double clicking / browser open file on DLCs, just DLCs. (I'll add other params later, but for now this is what's not working or somewhat not intuitively working)

When using File > Load Linkcontainer under Link Origin > Add Container Action works as intended but when opening the file from Explorer it doesn't. The only option I found to be working is Link Origin > Start Parameter. Is this the actual action for opening dlc files by double clicking them?

Please explain again.

Create rule to to disable links based on link origin.

Maybe try to do it similar than described here:
1. Detect DLC origin by source.
2. Then set: Enable Download -> Disabled

Well, I achieved what I wanted but it did not feel intuitive when guessing the option so I tried all the options. Downloading a dlc in chrome then opening it by double-clicking is triggered in packagizer by Link Origin > Start Parameter and nothing else. So problem solved.
