waiting for an update , i didnt post in a long while

basically youtube capped a playlist to 100 videos, also other programs woudlnt work over that threshold

and thats frustrating, i have to pick up manually lets play videos, anyone else have this issue?

i usually watch roguelikes like enter the gungeon and download random videos of a youtube playlist

Not that I know - our crawler simply failed to parse playlists with over 100 items.

It seems like you did not read my posts otherwise you've have seen this possible workaround-hint which is easier than what you're doing atm:

Create multiple playlists on your own and add all items of that big playlists to them.
Then add your playlists to JD (make sure they're public in that moment)!

ill try that one thanks; youtube is getting worse by the years just an opinion but the contents are unmatched

edit i found a third party program that works, im using that one temporary while waiting for a fix

second edit the plugin update kicked in , that was super fast, it now captures above 100 videos

How do i log in to youtube. when i try to log in it gives some exporting cookies thing.

The instructions in that is not clear,

i have google chrome,

i did install the edit cookie add on.

i copied the youtube cookie to clipboard.

i pasted it as my JD account manager my youtube password. i used my e-mail as my youtube username, it is what i use as my youtube username.

it still gives the exporting cookies thing.

Please tell me how exactly to log on to youtube.

HELP!

PS. I know there may be another post about this. when i clicked on search on this site and searched for youtube, it ignored youtube as a search and gave no results.

The Google Login has been changed/fixed but youtube has not been tested with it!
As stated in the Google Login dialog, you're supposed to go on Google.com (NOT youtube.com).

If youtube does not yet work via Google, note the following:
Please do not expect a youtube login fix in the near future!

Since the latest update youtube just completely stopped working for me. Single videos and playlists can't be grabbed anymore. The error message i get is the same for every source: "Error - [video id] Too Many Requests". Hope that helps.

i logged on to my youtube account with my google.com clipboard. Password was accepted.

That still doesn't mean that it will be able to access content for which an account is needed
Only after trying this, you can be sure that it did work ...

i can download age restricted videos now, before this it gives a sign in to download and cannot sign in now i can sign in and download, that's enough for me.

i can access my playlists on youtube if i make my private playlist temporarily as unlisted. i don't have a problem capturing links or downloading videos.

Just wanted to post an update, with the latest program update it will grab links from a channel URL, but it seems limited. I tried using this as example **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

And it only grabbed the latest 160 videos in linkgrabber, I tried a second time, same result. I guess this is an ongoing issue in the program? I'll test again next update.

the program works like a charm now even the segmented download are good

i always cap my nightly quota on the 4g plan very good, i used a third program for quite some time, but now im back to this

Linkgrabber seems to not work for avc codec videos on youtube, can anyone else confirm? To see the codec of the video you right click the player and click stats for nerds

It seems that JDownloader can currently crawl only the first 200 videos of a channel.
