Default Mac Os X Sierra - Recovering lost lists

Hi all,
Yesterday, i have erased unfortunately many of my files I wanted to download. I want to recover this list.
Since I use a Mac (OS X Sierra), I have noticed that the (famous) files downloadListxxxxx are located at:
~/Applications/JDownloader2.app/Contents/java/app/cfg/
but what must I do to recover my list...
1/if I have not quitted the application JDownloader since I have erased my list and
2/ if I have quitted JDownloader between having erased my list? for example 5 min ago or 1 day ago.
In advance, thank you very much.
Benoit

the configs are updated based on activity, so if you closed jd straight away it would be preserved on the assumption there are ~5 lists in rotation. If you also had made backups yourself you could have restored also (file > backup > backup all settings)

You can easily drag/drop those files into your JDownloader or open them as a Container. That way you can import them.
