Question Is there are a way to get the download URL as a <jd> tag?

What the title says. The site I'm pulling from uses a hexadecimal mess for filenames, but I'm only pulling one file per URL, so using it would be miles better than trying to sort through random filenames. Ideally being able to extract parts of the URL would be great, but I'll take what I can get.

Alternatively, is there a full list of all <jd> tags? I couldn't find one on the wiki and google was no help either.
