Question Anyway to remove progress circle from my dock icon?

Anyway to remove the new progress circle from my dock icon on Mac OS X?

Looked around in advanced settings and can't seem to find anything there yet.

Thanks for the setting.

1 - it's not all the legible since it's too transparent and kind of an eye sore.

2 - I have a bunch of links that can hang around for a long time with no download slots available with the host, so the progress display is never really accurate.

3 - Just not a big fan of having the info in my icon. I can switch to the app for much more detail if I need it.

I don't understand what the number means?

I also can't read it at all, my dock icons are a bit small. Although I can read the "new mail" count on the mail application no problem. I guess it needs more contrast?

It's just set to too low of opacity. I believe the number is an overall percentage of completion for all your links.

Correct. Please send screenshots if something is hard to read.

Well, my eyesight is not the best...

If it's a progress amount, why not a miniature progress bar instead of numbers? That would be easier to read. I've seen other apps do that.

I increased the transparency a bit. Should be better now
