[Solved] JDownloader no longer opening

Hi i have been using JDownloader for a while now and have been fairly happy with it. However, recently it stopped opening when the PC would start up and would not even run when opening it manually. The only way to open it is to run the JDownloader Update link in the start menu. This looks for downloads, i don't think it finds anything as there is -1% in each bracket, but after it goes through it's process, JDownloader would open.

The only thing that i could think of that has changed recently was that i updated Java when it popped up once on my desktop. I've tried re-installing JDownloader but had no luck, the version i am using is 0.9.581
