[User feedback required] Skipped - Account is missing but I have the required account

I am trying to download from keep2share, and it says "Skipped - Account is missing" but I am signed in. Why is this error happening? If I download it from the internet browser, it downloads fine.

@Bidasci: please provide a debug log
Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader, refresh the account and then try to download the file and then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here
account status is free and maybe the file requires premium account? or you have a different account in browser?
