Default Zevera account can't be added

It seems that a zevera account only can be added if premium membership is active. If not, a dialog appears and the account is not shown in the list auf accounts.

yes that's our current behaviour on wrong login info, or accounts that require premium membership.

Why not add it as deactivated? I also have other accounts without premium membership, they are in the list as well...

The account is valid...
Why not changing this behaviour?

Because non-premium Zevera accounts are not supported.

This also means if i buy one month premium, the account is deleted if premium status ended?

No, it's not deleted, just disabled (because it's not supported) as you can't add non-supported accounts.
