Has it ever worked for you?
Check Settings --> Captchas --> make sure my.jdownloader.org is activated

Please check the settings in your JDownloader, not myjdownloader!

Are you using JDownloader in headless mode?

Please let us do a teamviewer session, contact me via support@jdownloader.org
We're not aware of any issues and very likely it's caused by browser extension/settings

Hey Guys,
I'm using jdownloader in headless mode on my synology nas.
I've the same problem with the captcha request.
If I click on the icon to solve a captcha the browser will not open a new window to solve the captcha.

Are the any updates how to solve the problem?

Thanks in advance,
PiperNigrum

@pspzockerscene
I'm using Safari. There doesn't exist an extension.
I've tried it with the current version of firefox and the corresponding extension (my.jdownloader.org/apps)
Same problem.

Here are the logs:

Hello,

I hope everyone's okay?

Anything new on this problem yet? It's really annoying not being able to solve captchas in the browser.

@PiperNigrum: Sorry but I didn't saw this thread/forgot about it.
I'm sorry but there are no known issues. You have extension installed in firefox and then you click on the captcha icon, after that on the text *solve captcha*, that should open new captcha window
Please provide screenshots and exaplain what exactly doesn't work for you.
