Default [Fileserve] Waiting for new IP Problem

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum and have been experiencing problems using Fileserve. I have recently started downloading Rainbow Six Vegas 2, When Problem Struck, It said I had to wait for a new IP. So I waited 15 Min, but the problem reoccurred. Soon it said I reached the daily limit so I turned my laptop off and went to bed. This morning I came back on just to experience the same problem. I have tried their website but that does not work either. I have tried using the program [Hide IP] but that has also failed. If someone could please help me I would be Grateful. I have enclosed a photo of the problem hoping it helps!

@Mr.Xbox
You have to change your IP or wait till the limit is over...

The message must not be correct but indeed they often have serverproblems...

First test your account in your browser. If your password contains special characters, please change it.

Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

Then remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again.

If this wouldn't work, please provide (some example links and) a complete and detailed log.

Did you verify your account in your browser?

Yes I verified it in fileserve web site.

I found a bad workaround solution also, it stated the account is ok.;
first I enable the host account and then jdownloader starts downloads in the download list with plugin till it disables the plugin. After disabled account, I re-check enable for the account, and again disables...

Something might be blocking jD's account check.

Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

If you can download the files with your browser, I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.

First test your account in your browser. If your password contains special characters, please change it.

Then remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again.

If this wouldn't work, please wait for a programmer to analyse your log.

didnt work but thanks.

Now it just gets stuck at connecting. Its very strange.

What is a team viewer session ? That sounds like my last chance of figuring out.

I can confirm this. I am also premium and have a long list of files to dl. It works for a little while and then it gets permanently stuck in "Connecting" mode. Reset does not work. If I increase Max Con and Max Dls the new connections work for a while and then they get stuck. It has nothing to do with old dls versus new dls in the hoster. The issue happens on both.

If you have a virus or firewall software on your PC then one of them might be blocking access to the Internet.

TeamViewer is a program you need to install. You can then use the JDChat extension to contact customer support.

try to use opendns. the host offline messages can be a sign that dns is not up2date or the fileserver server is really having issues.
fileserve lately has a lot server issues (offline, bad speed...connection issues)

can you download in browser?
remove java, reboot and reinstall java again (pay attention to the used java version, it must be the same as before!)
you can also try to remove the account in jdownloader

I am able to download over the Browser and the login into the account does work.
But Jdownloader shows server error all the time.
Jdownloader doesn't connect at all and seems unable to download anything.
The problem started today.

It has to be a FS issue, i have a premium account, being using it for a while with 0 problems, no changes in Java or JD, but something like an hour ago it stopped working, even when i check my premium account details into JD it shows Server Error and i no longer can see i´m a premium FS user for JD.

Went to FS on the web and everything seems fine, premium account, multiple downloading...everything ok, not to JD eyes though.

Even when it finally gets to connect i can only download one file at a time, JD still can´t check with FS my account.

Since i´m also downloading from MU i´ll move the FS ones to the bottom of the list while FS clears this mess, it has to be them.

Default Fileserve problem

I have a premium account and for some reason it just stopped working through jdownloader.
It still works through the internet, so I am guessing it must be a problem with jdownloader.

It just says 'connecting.....' for ages, then retries, then fails again, then 'Disconnect?' and a countdown, then the next one tries to start, just that over and over again.

Seriously annoying.

I do have the same problem, and finally when it connects it happens to be a non premium download because JD fails to recognise my FS premium account.

I guess we all will have to wait for a while.

A few fileserve premium users are having troubles. I've grabbed debug logs already about this problem, just need to wait some time to pass before rushing into things, as the last few times fileserve had issues just went away on their own. Hoster issue..
