Further to this thread, which is in solved status :

The issue I face now is that the filenames are shown correctly in the LinkGrabber tab, but when I start downloading, the files get downloaded with their URL/server name, and not the filename displayed in the title.

Example, for the example link, JD2 displays the filename "076.jpg" in LinkGrabber but on download the image is saved on my HDD as "MEA0I8N_o.jpg". I would expect that it would be saved as "076.jpg".

some sites are whitelisted, eg imagebam, but I've removed your link (only visible to staff)

@lezboyd: will be fixed with next update but you will have to re-add the links
