Default I would like to create a rule: "Use original URL for file name"

I would like to create a rule: "Use original URL for file name"
To make the rule match any address (no file extension).
It is possible?
I'm not sure if this script gets the name from the url?
Or is there an already made rule to name a URL from an address?
