Hi I have a premium account FS, and once again does not work ... says I contacted the support already .. it takes several days, and as soon runs out of my account ... I made updates to JD and still nothing all the time the same message "Unknown landing error, please contact our support", and even I sent this link to a support technician .. http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/ 58856 and still nothing ... My password does not have any illegal characters, and even removed the JD I installed again and still nothing, updates are not working, still the same message "Unknown landing error, please contact our support" ... if someone can help me with this problem?

Hi

If things dont improve , im going to have to consider Filesonic, currently unemployed so its not easy having to switch to another pay site. I had 4 months remaining on my Fileserve and if they wont allow me access , i would like it refunded and put towards a company that honours its word of unlimited downloads. Question i have is Filesonic good ? i have zero expereince with them and is JDownloader ok with filsesonic links ?

I ran another test today. This was on a 100mbps server. After about 24gb, the IP was blocked. 24gb is not unlimited.

Hello,

I just wanted to stop by and thank all the JD team because they're not only working non-stop trying to make the Fileserve plugin work correctly with their shitty API and rules, but they're also unfairly receiving all the complaints, because people seems that don't understand what a money-whore this RickyFS person is. Oh, and pspzockerscene is not only very active here, but he is also boycotting Fileserve in their thread. So many props to him.

If you, Fileserve users, want to know why you can't download, check Fileserve's thread at WJunction to discover what's the real purpose of this shady person who is managing Fileserve.

To be honest:
At the moment users start reporting filesonic login failures (we couldn't yet reproduce them on our computers) so either wait till it's fixed or don't use filesonic or buy an account to test (but if you're unlucky you waste money).

Thanks for the Filesonic heads up , i cannot afford to waste money, simply dont have the means at the moment. Really this stinks, recession , no work , no money..fileserve was a great outlet for DL tutorials, im trying to improve my work skills and was glad i could at least DL programs to help , but this is now gone! I hope RickyFS realises whats going on and fixes things , let premium members use the service they paid for.

Landing error is one of the reasons why people contact him because it's not JD's error, so contact him again.

Me :

Hi I have a fileserve problem. Whenever I try to download any file from fileserve on my premium account I get this message "Your download could not be completed. Please try again later." I found some info saying you can help fix that problem if I provide you with my IP and ACCOUNT NAME. So here it is :

Well I just tried to download and it's still the same. "Your download could not be completed. Please try again later." Why does this happen?

Me 2nd MSG:

I just checked and I'm able to download links only trough Fileserve Manager which I never used in the past and don't want to use it, I simply don't like it. I'm disgust to be forced to use software that is crippled and missing advanced capabilities offered by a superior JDownloader i.e. it's impossible to download links that are protected by safelinking.net because your manager does not recognize them, other than that there are way more other functions that JDownloader offers like extracting containers placing them in proper folders etc. besides in other words forcing someone to use your software is called monopolizing and in most countries it's illegal. I won't even mention that my account was disabled for no reason without any notice, which is just rude and out of place. I pay for the service so I'm a customer, and you have to remember that without customers you won't exist. As far as I'm concerned you are the most expensive file hosting service on the Web, so I expect to be threaded with respect. If this won't be fixed by Friday (11th November) I'm filling a case on PayPal and will claim money return. I'm pretty much sure I will get them back as you don't provide the service that you suppose to. There is plenty other file hosting services out there like i.e.wupload and filesonic. I don’t want to be dick about it but as you already act like a dick, you get treated like a dick (you banned me without any reason and notice, and failed to respond on any communication form send by me to you through your website service). If I would be a less IT skilled person I probably wouldn't find you on this forum that's completely unrelated to your service. It's sad to see a good file hosting service turn bad, I hope you'll fix things fast so that I can regain trust in you. I really feel treated like some garbage. I had to waste hours to find a way to contact you and no one is going to return that time to me. Furthermore I ask for my account to be extended with the time that it was disabled and with the time in which I couldn't enjoy its full benefits.

RickyFS :

Also for future purposes please try to use Fileserve Manager instead.

The news is spreading and taking the site down probably is Ricky's ultimate objective. He earned/stole enough money from his customers and will hide on his very far away island. He knows that a free market cannot exist for a long time. His business was based on a simple pyramid scheme that he copied from other neo-communist power elites, i.e., all the governments of this little Planet.

I contacted ricky after even FSM started giving an error. He fixed it he says and yes, FSM works fine again, but JDownloader still gives landing error so everything is back to how i described in my previous post. I contacted him again and this is what he had to say about it.

It is based on if the system thinks you are "sharing" your account according to all the posts by RickyFS, which leads me to believe if you download a lot it might think you are sharing. I started up jdownloader after I got the PM this morning and found a real quick test file to run and see if it would start and everything is back up and running at full speed normally.

While everything does look to be working again correctly, I am probably gonna only use this account minimally if this whole banning thing is going around like this. Hope this helps guys! If you are getting 612 I don't think you have any choice but to try and send this guy a PM with your username and current IP.

**EDIT: If you can't see the URL for WJunction, its the "FileServe - Make Money - Upto $25 per 1000 downloads (Official thread)" in the "WJunction - Webmaster Forum! > Affiliate Programs > File Hosts Official Support" forum that appears to be the hot topic for all of this. You should be able to find it navigating through easy enough.
I did this, explaining that it was a University proxy server and was promptly banned from that site. Guess fileserve can take my money without giving me a service and I can do nothing about it! Kinda sux!

This is not correct.
The plugin was only improved, nothing was "destroyed".
