Default if could make an installer arm64 linux?

android devices being stronger and stronger,but cant find an android version.
but android could run linux.
i tried run JD on android linux,it works well.

the guide is very helpful,but its different according if the linux system have a DE,an intaller for arm64 linux is very kind for beginer.

Could you please elaborate how to run JDownloader in ARM Linux? I have 2 ARM64 devices running A11. Thanks.

@amn87: You just need shell/ssh connection and working Java version for that device and then follow the howto
You may try normal arm64 jdk, eg adoptjdk or zulu

OK. I think getting a RPi is better than experimenting with Android. I just need a low power device that can preferably run off of a powerbank. Thunderstorms aren't uncommon in my locality during night so I can't just leave my PC running overnight.

@amn87: Yes, RPi is much easier experience than experimenting with Android. But please do know that RPi does NOT support hardware accelerated encryption/AES, meaning you won't be able to download https at very high speeds.

Just in case you're experiencing these issues:
There is not much you can do but you can avoid this issue for some hosts see this support article.

Oh. I wasn't aware of this issue. I was planning to buy the RPi 4. Would the lack of AES be noticeable on a 40Mbps connection? I need to devote more time in researching about the RPi. Thanks to you both.

@amn87: In case you mean 40Mbit/s = around 5Mbyte/s, you should be good with Pi4. It's more about ppl with high speed connections and wonder why low powr Pi4 can't download faster
