Default multi chunk download - stopped - resumed from beginning

So I just used uploaded to download with multiple chunks (3 to start). When the rest of the chunks dropped out (so was down to 1) I stopped it and then let it restart automatically when a slot for it freed up. It started from the beginning instead of resuming. This doesn't seem like proper behavior.

We need a logfile. Multichunk download/issues can have many different causes.
A logfile is needed as this can be caused by
Free/Premium/Hoster/Firewall/Av/Plugin specific and many more.
Without any information there is not much we can help with.
