Default ReCAPTCHA problem wdupload premium

So I have always had a problem of ReCAPTCHA not appearing on my laptop so I couldn't use any website that requires you to solve a recaptcha problem before proceeding, so the reason I got jdownloader in the first place last year was because It solved my issue of needing to solve one before I can download from wdupload, but now It seems the app needs you to have recaptcha working on your device to even start downloading so now I’m back to square one can someone please give me any advice to fix this issue please.

I tried to install the extension on firefox that jdownloader linked me but after it says I have to solve the recaptcha problem because some are hard to solve for the software but no recaptcha shows up on the page like usual :(

Its not inside JDownloader, it sends the request to your browser, browser extension does its stuff and you should be presented with recaptcha to answer. if not then something is messing with extension (maybe) or bug?

Try again using chrome (do not forget to install the myjd addon there as well!)

If it still does not work:

I tried both chrome and fire fox but when I click on the solve button to solve the recaptcha a new tab opens everytime.

I guess now I'am starting to understand your issue:
You're basically only using jd for wdupload premium or other filehosts without (re-)captcha.
Now with their recent website changes, wdupload.com requires you to enter a reCaptchaV2 during your first login - this is now your problem.

Sadly your log does not containy any reCaptcha actions so please post another log.

Yes thats exactly my problem, I’m not sure exactly which dates to click for creating logs but i click on most of them after switching to debug mode. Can you help me fix my recaptcha issue i feel like its a issue thats not related to jdownloader :(

So the browser window opens but there is not captcha and it asks you to install the myjd addon although you've already installed it?

This is very unlikely but maybe it is a config issue.
Close JD, go into your jdownloader folder and rename the "cfg" folder.
Then start JD again with a fresh config --> Try again

No I’ve installed jd on firefox and logged in and everything but the moment I try to login into my wdupload account or anything that requires solving a recaptcha problem it fails and shows me that screen I linked, since this isn’t an issue with Jd itself but with my laptop not letting recaptcha appear.

Re-install JD itself, not your browser.
... or just rename the cfg folder as explained - or was your post supposed to tell me that you have done that?

Sorry, I'am out of ideas for now ...
