I heard that JD-Support Team doesn't identify users by logs, but when I noticed user raztoki did it on the forum - few monts ago, I had doubts about new send log.
I don't know how he did it, but I heard that the logs actually contain sensitive data. What some users have even asked about it is that the logs actually contain some private data.
It is not known if anyone can be trusted for privacy.

of course logs may contain enough information like JDownloader installation folder, os user name, account details..and other details that can be used to determine that two logs are from the same installation/user.

we don't like playing hide and seek with users wasting our time in answering the same question again and again, just under different username. we don't do this proactively but it's very obvious when user A reports about problem X from hoster Y and then another user B asks the exact same question over and over again. so support/team checks provided log from user A and then provided log from user B and when they both contain the exact same error, maybe even at the same time, maybe even the exact same JDownloader installation,maybe even the same details... it's a perfect example for wasting our time.
you and your behaviour is the perfect example for this.


Please provide proper logs like you know how to do or stop wasting our time

Logs can be accessed by core team members and support staff only.
In order to fix an issue that we cannot reproduce, we need logs from the user that encounters the issue. Either you trust us, the support/developers, so we can check/fix the issue or don't trust us. In case case you trust JDownloader enough to use it

I'm not outraged but you should know it better and still always find ways to waste our time.
You excpect help/support and yet we always have to explain again and again the basics how to poperly report issues.

With next plugin update links that don't offer public pdf will be marked as offline instead of error
I could not reproduce any other issue nor does log show any other issue
