Question Slow captcha refresh / fading pictures?

How can I speed up the time until a part of the captcha picture is finally refreshing?

In the last weeks, it seems, that it get slower and slower to see a new "store front" or "Car" inside the same captcha.

Who controls the refreshing/fading speed of this captchas?
Is there any setting that I can change to speed this up?

Captcha Type (I'm not a robot vs solving Captchas) and fading speed depends on Google and how your *score* for Human vs Bot is.
In case Google is confident that you are human, then a click to *I'm not a robot* is enough.
The worse the score is, the more and more and slower fading captchas you will get.

The following will/might have influence on your score:
-Browser/Version
-Google Cookies (how human like is this cookie)
-IP (ISP vs TOR/Proxy/VPN/Datacenter)
-Amount of Captchas for time window
