Default Windows vs Mac, same link but not same result

Hello,

I have a Windows and my wife an iMac, when I launch my profile under Chrome on my Windows, no problem with MyJDownloader but when I launch Chrome with my profile synchronized on my wife's iMac and I right click on the same link, I get an error message

See the attached file

Who could explain me why i haven't the same result with the same profil and the same link ?

Hi,
which website are you trying to download from?
Please post example URLs.

Second, i have the issue with all links (in safary or chrome) but you can test with **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**, On my Windows the right clic work but on the iMac, the right clic doesn't work

Because of the privacy settings of our forum.
Only moderators can see attachments.
If you upload pictures that you want to be able to access later or to be publicly visible, use an image-host like "picflash.org".

Hmm not sure if that is a simple forum formatting issues or your input but here the URL you put in your post appears to be crippled as it doesn't start with "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** for some reason.
See screenshot:

...so if for some reason that's exactly what is in your Mac, JD will of course not recognize it as a valid link.

Which errormessage?
Our forum censors URLs for all users but we can see them.

Just to be sure...is that now an issue with our forum software or are we still talking about your JD issue?
Just post the URLs exactly like you'd paste them into JD.
