Can download part 2 of .rar package but not part 1
I am trying to download .rar files that have 2 parts and I can only download the 2nd .rar part of each file.
When attempting to download part 1 I repeatedly get ServerError Wait messages that count down from 30 minutes or so and then start over. The URL is protected. JD version 0.9.581 Java: 1.6.0_29 OS: Windows 7 Pro version 6.1 I tried keyword searching this problem but found nothing. Any help or direction would be much appreciated.
