[User feedback required] HLS video download and ffmpeg support

is it possible to download HLS video from a site that has no JDownloader plugins? droping the HLS video link on jdownloader does not work. currently using ffmpeg it works but slow. probably don't use Segmented file download like jdownloader.if its not possible for jdownload to download HLS video can it link with ffmpeg so it can control the que and nameing of the files?

yes, JD does have generic hls support. load the m3u8 manifest file and JD will try and add it. The only component that JD does not support due to legal reasons in Germany is encrypted hls.

In doubt please provide example links. Maybe the HLS requires session/cookie and therefore doesn't work in JDownloader?
