Default No downloads possible for me

I am a long time user of JD but since a few days downloads are not possible anymore. The downloads don't start, it says network problem. The strange thing is that downloads work if I use a different internet provider (Telekom Austria), but with my regular provider (Drei Hutchison Austria) JD 2 won't download anymore.
I use:
Windows XP SP 3 with built in Firewall
Java 1.8 (8.101)
Avast Free Antivirus (17.1.2286)
JD 2 #36310

log file:
11.03.17 02.58.48 <--> 11.03.17 02.59.21 jdlog://2204679150841/

I hope somebody can help me.

Thanks, pantau

I noticed that my problems are also with other hosters, e.g. zippyshare. Strange thing is that I also cannot download these files with Firefox but I can with Chrome. I thought the update to Firefox 52 was the reason but when I switch back to version 50 or 51 the problems remain.
I really have no idea what is going on with my system.
With my main provider (Drei) JD 2 and Firefox cannot download anymore, but Chrome works.
With an alternate provider (Telekom) everything works.
I tried to turn off Avast, reinstall Java, reset my router to Factory settings, use an older Firefox version - nothing could terminate my download problems with JD 2 and Firefox.
Does anybody have any idea what the reason for my problem could be?

Thanks, pantau

I see that you used 8 chunks, try with 1.
I don't know why, but these are some error messages:

Default Firewall

Thanks for your valuable suggestions and infos.
But I think something else solved my problems.
I have read that Firefox 52 changes some Firewall settings so I deleted all Firewall exceptions rules and now JD 2 is running again.
Strange thing but as it helped it is fine.
Thanks to all for reading and replying.

Default Unfortunately not solved

Unfortunately my problems are not solved. I thought they are but I was just using the other Internet provider without noticing first.
My best guess is that the update process of Firefox to version 52 changed some system settings like Firewall and now FF and JD downloads don't work anymore.
Any further help is much appreciated.

Thanks, pantau

In the meantime I tried a lot conerning Java (went back to 1.7) and also with changing Firewall settings. The current situation is that downloads start but terminate after 2-3 seconds, here is the log:

12.03.17 12.47.11 <--> 12.03.17 12.48.20 jdlog://1407679150841/

Default Solved!

I just wanted to let you know that I have solved my problems with a free software called Complete Internet Repair. The option
Flush DNS Resolver Cache, refresh all DHCP leases and re-register DNS names
did the trick for me, now everything works fine again with JD 2.
Thanks for your interest and posts.
