Default JD is auto-disabling premium hosts incorrectly

I have a premium account to filesonic and megaupload, and for the past three weeks Jdownloader has been disabling my megaupload and megavideo premium accounts. I only ever find out after starting downloads to find that only one download is progressing at a time, requiring me to go back into settings and manually tick "use" on both.

The filesonic account does not seem to suffer this issue.

Using version 0.9.581

What about some example links and a complete and detailed log?

JD only disables accounts when data is sent back to JD the indicate the account is either invalid or authentication can not be made. We do this to prevent DDoS and general client abuse type of events and this behaviour is intended so it's far from incorrect.

What you need to do is ask why is it just happening to you?

I only find out once I start downloading that they are disabled.

For example, I was downloading from megaupload yesterday, which was why I posted the first message. All downloads finished normally. Megaupload was still enabled. I leave jdownloader idling overnight and today both megaupload and megavideo are disabled again. "Invalid Account" it says. Filesonic is still working fine and stays enabled.

Re-enabling them does nothing to the log

This sounds like the same as the problem in the separate MU thread, and similar to the problem I formerly had with FS until they apparently fixed something in a FS firewall?

See MU thread. I and one other person there have mentioned this.

This problem only seems to be happening for Megaupload and Megavideo (All other premium accounts seem to be working fine with JD). Either one or both the accounts are randomly disabled several times in a day. I think this only started happening after those two plugins were updated following the re-designing of the MU site.

If you want to continue complaining, please go on if it relieves you.

If you want the programmers to search for the cause, please provide at least the information asked in post #2.

I think I might complain some more, thanks for permission. Jeez

UNFORTUNATELY my computer restarted from an auto-update while jdownloader was idling. However, when I restarted it only megaupload and filesonic were still activated, megavideo was off. Sometimes one or the other will get disabled before both are.

Oh, here is a log:

Why did you upload a clean log?

I have not downloaded anything since I started the log. But one of the hosts was disabled.

Would you like me to do some downloading and re-up another log?

A log must contain at least one occurrence of the error, i.e., the disabling of the account.

@timbudtwo
Do you mean you checked all your premium accounts before exit, all were enabled, and when you started it again, you checked and one of them was disabled?

@remi
Do you have any detail?

No, but I've been seeing this behaviour reported a few times in the last weeks. Especially with MU. In the MU thread I've now asked for a more detailed log. Maybe a programmer can find the cause with those logs.

I've always thought that something is blocking the account checking process. Virus or firewall, but it might as well be a problem with MU's servers, their API, or a bug in jD's MU plug-in. In the French forum someone was downloading lots of smaller files and sometimes his account auto-disabled as well. As long as we can't see the pattern causing the problem this might be difficult to solve.

Sorry for no reply. I didn't have any issues after my last post because megaupload was dead not long after my last post. However, currently I am using zevera and I have begun to encounter the same issue. I will try to get you a log if it happens again.

The issue: I will be using a premium hoster. I will be downloading (or not) and after some time the hoster will just become disabled. I only discover this when I go to download and I am getting "premium required" errors on the links. I must go and manually enable the hoster again by checking the box to mark it enabled.

When I check the box to mark it enabled, it verifies properly.

the logfile does not show a single deactivation error on zevera.
it shows working download from beginning to end of logfile
did you have a reconnect/ipchange?
did your computer go into powersafe mode?
