Hi

I have a Pornportal account with multiple premium subscriptions.
The base account is from Reality Kings and it works without problem. In JDownloader account manager I can select realityKings and enter user and pass and everything works great. but when I add brazzers or twisty or any other my premium it only detect them as a free account

Could you please solve the problem? if you need account let me know

I was unable to reproduce any problems with your account.
I've added it as "realitykings.com" which then allowed me to download full length premium content from e.g. brazzers.com.

I'm currently also working on this requested pornportal feature.

What happens when you add brazzers.com URLs?
Do you get trailers instead of the full videos or no results at all?

Could you explain how you did it?

I've added realitykings account. and I can download full videos from realitykings without problem.

if I add Brazzers link nothing will happen and Jdownloade didn't grab any link.

if I add Brazzers account. it only download trials and shows account expired.

I've just added the account and it worked.
...but now I realize that maybe I've only checked realitykings.com URLs.
For brazzers.com I indeed only get trailers but I'm also unable to watch those via website e.g.:
site-ma.brazzers.com/scene/4505531/intentional-cameltoe
--> Even when logged in, website is begging me to pay for this content and I can only watch a trailer.

Upon checking your account it seems like the brazzers account/subscription may have expired(?)

...though when accessing the same page via realitykings.com (site-ma.realitykings.com/account) trhere isn't any subscription information listed although your account definitely is a premium account.

Your log is not (yet) helpful.
Please either enable debug logs first and/or provide the URLs you've tried to add.

That's the problem.

when you subscribe to those site using PornPortal you have to login to them using first site that you subscribe. if you logged in directly it shows you account expired.

When you logged in to realitykings the next page you see is a postlogin page that shows you all channel you subscribe or you can subscribe. when you choose them it has something like SSO that will login you directly to any other channel that you subscribed.

I'm unable to make brazzers.com work here even in browser.

Please do the following:
1. Provide example URLs.
2. Wait and see if the other brazzers user is having the same issues.

Please keep in mind that we do not provide support during the weekends.

I can't even make it work when logging in directly over site-ma.brazzers.com/
--> I'm able to login using your credentials but with the same result: Cannot watch any content except for trailers.

Do the following step:

1. In Browser login here: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
2. After login, look for brazzers Logo and click on Start Browsing.
3. On next page , you will see a green button "Continue to Brazzers" click on it
4. Automatically you will redirecte and logged in to Brazzers

it is same for other subscription as well.

I told you, you can't loggin to Brazzers directly. the entry point is RealityKings. you have to follow above step

I don't know you did something or not but problem magically disappear.

Now, I've added realitykings account to JDownloader and I can download from all other sites that I subscribed.

I was just working on it but missed the issue.
...so the cause of your problem is simple:
The plugin failed to see that "brazzers.com" is also supported by realitykings.com thus it never even logged in -> Only saw trailers

...but I wasn't able to find out why it was missing in the list as it is back now.
If it happens again, please check if you can see brazzers.com in the list of supported services inside your realitykings.com account in JD.

If not, enable debug mode, rightclick on your realitykings account -> Refresh --> Then upload a new log
