Can you please provide a debug log? Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Now rightclick refresh the account and when it's shown as free, then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here

Hi guys, thank you for your help. I see that currently it is shown as Premium account. The issue might be on the host site, yesterday I sent them this issue too.
Anyway thanks again and if problem will show again, I will provide a debug log
