Default "Deepdecrypt depths" is going insane on my JD install :(

Guys,

JD is totally hosed on my machine because KD tried to access some blog link I had in the clipboard. Log is full of:

-> Deepdecrypt depths: 1002
-> Deepdecrypt depths: 1003
....

Restart of JD did not solve the problem even after I left clipboard empty!

How do I tell JD to stop this nonsense? It's slow as hell :(

Please, provide some example links. What about a complete and detailed log?

Please post a complete log and links that you had in your clipboard when this started!

@Jiaz
We have 1-2 decrypters that can cause this in the Stable but work in the NIGHTLY (directhttp links).

Can't this happen when E1 is the encryption of E2 and E2 is the encryption of E1, causing an endless loop?

If e1 en e2 are encrypters, then something like this is produced :-

E1 = e1(E2) = e1(e2(E1)) = e1(e2(e1(E2))) = etc.
