Do you use a proxy/transparent proxy?
X-Cache: MISS from theWall
Via: 1.1 theWall (squid/3.2.3)

I guess the proxy is causing the issue

@Jiaz
We already got errorhandling for this errorcode.
I can download that url without any issue.
I guess Jiaz is right and it is a proxy issue.

It's not about JDownloader. The download fails because Filefactory returns errorCode
You should try without the proxy!

Please provide a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post the shown logID

Maybe website uses https or something else is different. From your previous log I can tell that filefactory fails to download because it throws an error

Its the proxy
The https calls work fine, but the final downloadlink is http and fails directly with error from filefactory
If you want we can check via teamviewer how/why it works in browser.

Why are you using a transparent proxy? Does it work for http and https?
Maybe you setup in Browser to use proxy but in JDownloader it is transparent. Did you try to setup the proxy in Settings-Connections

1) i cannot use teamviewer here
2) i'm in office, here all http/https connection works only with our transparent squid proxy
3) i'm not configured any proxy in firefox and in jdownloader, coz is transparent!
4) i can try to use external proxy (that support https) in jdownloader ?

Yes, but after successful download, I got 275 (limit?).
This host is not free-user friendly, the speed is low etc.

@tony: would you please test if it works when you disable api in plugin by setting useApi to false?

private final AtomicBoolean useAPI = new AtomicBoolean(false);

858|filefactory.com_jd.plugins.hoster.FileFactory.log 25/11/16 22:30:45 - INFO [ jd.controlling.downloadcontroller.SingleDownloadController(download) ] -> Exception:
858|filefactory.com_jd.plugins.hoster.FileFactory.log 25/11/16 22:30:45 - SEVERE [ filefactory.com_jd.plugins.hoster.FileFactory.log ] -> java.lang.NullPointerException
at jd.plugins.hoster.FileFactory.handleFree(FileFactory.java:504)

The link that was OK, now fails 265 too.

They have the error messages also on fileservers (code=\d+)
