Hello everyone, first of all, i'm French, sorry if my english is not perfect.

I'll explain some context before trying to explain my problem.

I got a plex server on my Nvidia SHIELD with an SSD connect to it. Throught the local network, i managed to download my files directly on the SSD instead of my PC.
But, sometimes when i start a download, it doesn't download and the speed get stuck to a random number like "4.73 mo/s" for maybe 10 or 20 minutes.
I think there is a problem with the temporary ".part" file. When i start, in the folder i see the part. file getting bigger like it's downloading but it's not. it looks like the .part file need to be analysed before jdownloader can download it.

So if you have any idea how to fix this, please help me, thanks !
