Default Captchas on browser no longer work

Hi, since yesterday the captchas via browser no longer work, all those in which you only need to press the "I'm not a bot" button, those with the questions to be solved still work, but in those where you just need to press the button they no longer work, the page appears, the button appears, but it is not possible to click it, with any host.

EDIt: Instead with another host you can click the button, but then begins a countdown on the link of jdownloader and then still requires the captcha and so on to infinity and so the download never starts.

Hi,

please post example URLs.
We are currently working on browser extension updates but without any URLs I'am unable to tell you whether your issue has already been addressed and updates are just pending or not.

We're working on the update of extension (already in review phase). There has been buggy update for Chrome, buggy is 3.3.1 version. Fixed version should be 3.3.2 or higher.
You can use Firefox meanwhile or android app

Update has been released.
Update & restart your Chrome then it should work fine again!

Still not working for me. I found 2 reports and both marked as solved. But I still have the issues. It was only working for once captcha these days, when I had freshly updated Chrome... with Firefox it wasnt working too (just tried).

@raztoki:

It`s the actual one. Jdownloader ist the latest Version and I removed and Updated the Chrome-Extension yesterday (it was the actuall version before).

I tried everything (atleast to me). It stucks at the screen with jdownloader extension starting on chrome...

it worked for 2 years now very well (since google changed to new captchas). I`m using inkognito mode to solve on chrome... but tried firefox yesterday too (standard mode) with the same result.

I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce the issue on our side so best would be we check this together via Teamviewer. Contact us via support@jdownloader.org
Also please provide example links as the issue might not be caused by Extension update but site itself.

Hi, same problem again. No one of the hosts that require browser captchas works.

Same problem here.
No Captcha with Portable Firefox, Extension Version 3.3.7, last updated yesterday.
It does work with Portable Chrome, Extension Version 3.3.6, though there the captcha dialog is in English although the language of JDownloader and Chrome is set to German (no big deal, but still unusual).

Both portable Versions are enabled with the advanced setting "BrowserCaptchaSolver: Browser Commandline":
[ "C:\\PortableApps\\GoogleChromePortable\\GoogleChromePortable.exe", "%s" ]
or
[ "C:\\PortableApps\\FirefoxPortable\\FirefoxPortable.exe", "%s" ]
Firefox worked with these settings until one or two days ago (version 3.3.7?).
Now a new private window is opened, not a new tab in the normal already open browser window and all I get is the error page of the plugin saying I should open a ticket.

For the time being I can use Chrome but it would be nice if the Firefox version could work again.

Hi,

we are aware of some of these issues with our new Firefox Addon version but are unable to reproduce all of these.
Please contact us again via support@jdownloader.org and also link your/this forum thread so we can do a Teamviewer Session.

-psp-
EDIT

Kannst du das mit der falschen Sprachausgabe präzisieren / Screenshot bereitstellen?

Sorry for the German answer below, I hope it is ok, since the question was also in German.
Regarding the Teamviewer session: I will need some time because I would like to create a minimal test environment (VM) that is able to reproduce the problem (bare VM with just JD and portable Firefox/Chrome). I wouldn't like to give access to my live system

Zur Sprache s. Attachment

- dritter Versuch klappte, allerdings in englisch (s. Screenshot)
