Default Startup Error, can´t update or uninstall

When I try to open it, this shows up

An error has ocurred during startup:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jdownloader.update.launcher.JDLauncher
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(Unknown Source)
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(Unknown Source)
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)

at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

at com.exe4j.runtime.LauncherEngine.launch(Unknown Source)
at com.exe4j.runtime.WinLauncher.main(Unknown Source)

I tried to update it with the JDownloader2Update but the same thing shows up, I also tried to uninstall it but another error shows up and it create a .txt file, it´s pretty big to copy-paste it here and for some reason I can´t attach it

I already made a backup of the cfg folder, just in case

within JDownloader install path; delete Core.jar, JDownloader.jar and "update" directory
grab new JDownloader.jar from http://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 place install path
then run via cmd/terminal
Code:
java -jar JDownloader.jar
It will then download everything it needs again, your config directory should be fine.

Nope, seems to a very rar issue where something deletes/blocks the JDownloader update process and after that one import file is gone :(
Thanks for the feedback!
