For some time I'm getting this error whenever I try to download free from Filespace.

Meantime it works fine with browser, however it demands to stop some of adblockers (FS sees Adblock, but don't recognize Adblocker Ultimate in my case) - maybe it's connected somehow?

@stachoomed: log shows that you are using proxy(ies) and some are unstable/unreliable and when the external IP changes, then server responds with 403, like it did in your log
Server redirects to, so either link is bound to IP and/or the proxy IP is blocked
