Default share-online.biz - skipped - account missing

Hello!

I've couple of problem with share-online.biz plugin.
The plugin didn't refresh itself daily, so I've to manually refresh to get a daily 100GB download traffic. If I don't refresh it manually my scheduled download didn't start automatically when I'd like to (due to, it didn't detect the newer 100GB traffic possibility), I think this should be easy to implement, that this plugin refresh itself at localtime 12:01 AM (for example).

The other problem, I cant use my account with penalty-premium status, which should means my max download speed set to 200KBps. The JD2 seems detect it, its status: Account is ok: penalty-premium ... but If I try to download, it says in Download tab:
Skipped - Account is missing

my log
04.07.15 12.15.17to04.07.15 12.17.13 jdlog://2888552095341/

Thanks for help!
regards

Hi
Try:
Settings --> Plugins --> share-online.biz --> DISABLE Traffic workaround

I forgot to mention, I was tried everything there, neither possible combination was helped me, btw it was disabled (unchecked) by default. Current state of those settings: unchecked everything which means I think they are disabled.
Am I right?
Any other idea?

ohh, almost forgot, in regular JD I'm able to download with penalty-premium without any issue
thanks for help!

Please post another log.
Make sure to reproduce your problem first, then make- and post the log.

That log does not contain any useful information either.
As said, first you have to make sure to cause the problem that you have and then create the log so that we can find it in there ...

I've read everything about how to create a log, I did it, i don't know how exactly works, I can't do anything. What I did?
Start JD2
refresh my account
push the start button (the links are online ...)
after couple of seconds all my package status is: skipped - account missing
after that, I've created a log and posted as needed, I can reproduce this, but seems the application didn't log that what we need, or I dont know
btw here is again a log:
04.07.15 14.32.26to04.07.15 14.33.27 jdlog://3719552095341/

I don't want to waste either my/your time, just I thought I reported these problems

Please PM your account to pspzockerscene so he can check it, or enable debug mode in advanced settings, restart JD, check account, try download and create new log.

account stuff isn't logged by default.. you need to goto settings > advanced settings > log debug mode (enable), restart client, delete and add account again, on error upload log

thanks for help, I've checked debug mode and did everything what you said. The delete/readd didn't help, the result is as same as before.
Hope this log will be useful now:

So penalty means you have used up your daily traffic?
Skipped - account missing because your traffic left negative.
I'll change it temporarily to 1024 * 1024 (1 MiB) because it is used by another code.

yes, we can download more just with limited speed 200KB, this is working without any issue in regular JD. This isn't really relevant (from my perspective) because with this speed only ~2GB can be downloaded, irrelevant, but a small bug.

The feature which should be good, that the plugin can be able to automatically detect the next day, so we get automatically we get the newer 100GB download possibility.
For now everytime I've to refresh manually the account to detect this day-by-day.
I've search in advanced settings but didn't found any tweak possibility to adjust auto-refresh premium account interval or something else.
Or may be you can built-in this to the plugin, which forces in everyday (at 0:05 for example) to refresh itself. or just simple take back the regular plugin for this host that works without any issue (I know that isn't show the remaining traffic ;-) ) but at least working perfectly from my perspective.

Thanks!

segej

1. JD checks account each 35 minutes, so if it doesn't detect your new traffic, please upload new log around 23:00 - 01:00. About your request, please wait psp's reply.

2. Actually, to continue download with negative traffic, you need to enable traffic workaround so your max sim is limited.

@tony2long
@segej

Settings-Plugins -> search for ShareOnline and enable Traffic Workaround

That is what this is for

I am having another problem today, could you check these links on share-online.biz ?
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

i downloaded first 15 links, and suddenly today i get "Skipped - Account is missing"

i tried some random other link from share-online via browser, and could download it.

i tried "enable traffic workaround" in settings for share-online, but has not worked.

Make sure that your premium account is active.
According to your log, JD simply only tries in free mode.

Not our issue / not an issue at all.
Thats from your log:
(You can see the same if you try to download the file manually via browser)
Code:
<strong>The file is too big for your download package!</strong>The file size of this link is too big <span class='udl'>for your download package</span> and has been limited <span class='udl'>by the file owner</span> <span class='b'>(max. 400,000 MB)</span>.<br /><br />To continue this download you'll need a <a href='**External links are only visible to Support Staff** class='b'>Premium-Account</a>.<br /><br /><br /><center><a href='**External links are only visible to Support Staff** class='b info'>Get your Premium-Access now</a></center>
                <p id="dl_retry"><a href="**External links are only visible to Support Staff** class="b fs11"><span class="ui-icon ui-icon-circle-arrow-e"></span>Re-open the last download link</a></p>
                <p class="cb"></p>
Please contact the share-online.biz support for more details.
