Default JDownloader stops downloading after downloading the file.

JDownloader stops downloading after downloading the file from FileShark.

After 5-10 minutes, the download starts again at full speed.

The log does not contain any error. Did you check the browser? Download file in browser and use the windows taskmanager, network tab, to check speed. do NOT check speed shown in browser!
To me it looks like server issues or something maybe caused by firewall/av
