The example link requires an account. Please send username/password to support@jdownloader.org
And please create new log that only contains the download error.

Default I have the same problem

I've been experiencing the same problem for over a week.

My account is NOT blocked and the files download perfectly using either my browsers or Internet Download Manager. Whenever I click on a download page, try to 'Add New Links' or any other method of adding the link to Jdownloader, results in a "Plugin broken" message.

In fact, if I take the download URL from IDM after it has started to download, and input that into JDownloader, it will download the file (but once I've started downloading an individual file with IDM, there isn't much point in inputting it into JDownloader - I only did this as a test).

Upon launching JDownloader the ubiqfile plugin is indicated as broken:

I have:
- updated JDownloader
- removed and re-added my account to the ubiqfile plugin (3 or 4 times)
- restarted JDownloader in between adding account information
- allowed the disabled time on the plugin to run out to see if it acknowledged afterwards.

Please help!

can you please provide example link and logs from session hat has failed?
account issues require debug mode to be enabled, advanced settings > log debug mode
restart jd, reproduce error then upload latest session.
