Please upload the log with debug mode enabled in advanced settings.

Please enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Then remove/add the account again and create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here

don't know if a problem someone else had with userscloud fixed this problem or logging in in debug mode fixed it but either way it works now

Strange, didn't know that was the case. However since they're not clever/competent enough to block https links, I assume you added that as a fallback measure now? Thanks for the fix!

BTW can you also pull down the favicon using **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** instead of http? Currently the code for that must still be using http and so the favicon doesn't load for me:

I edited my post above. Did you see the comment about the favicon not loading? Can you please fix that too?

BTW please take a look at this related thread: https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=77809

After the latest updates my copy's Core is at revision #39351 but the favicon is still the generic one. I even deleted the login details and readded the account but it made no difference. Do I need to do something else to get the icon to show up? Perhaps delete a cached version or something...?

The icon is cached and auto refreshed. This is not conntected to account.
You can force refresh by resetting Settings-Advanced Settings-FavIcons.lastrefresh and restart JDownloader
