Userscloud login pluggin broken
jdownloader has a red circle with the white line on the userscloud logo at the bottom of the window where the login stuff appears and says the plugin is broken and to contact jdownloader support
hopefully i posted this in the correct forum section |

Please upload the log with debug mode enabled in advanced settings.

Please enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Then remove/add the account again and create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here

don't know if a problem someone else had with userscloud fixed this problem or logging in in debug mode fixed it but either way it works now

Strange, didn't know that was the case. However since they're not clever/competent enough to block https links, I assume you added that as a fallback measure now? Thanks for the fix!
BTW can you also pull down the favicon using **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** instead of http? Currently the code for that must still be using http and so the favicon doesn't load for me: UsersCloud_No_Favicon.png Last edited by netgearjd; 04.06.2018 at 19:34. |

I edited my post above. Did you see the comment about the favicon not loading? Can you please fix that too?

will update favicon loader to prefer https over http, wait for next core update
favicons will refresh automatically after some time

After the latest updates my copy's Core is at revision #39351 but the favicon is still the generic one. I even deleted the login details and readded the account but it made no difference. Do I need to do something else to get the icon to show up? Perhaps delete a cached version or something...?

The icon is cached and auto refreshed. This is not conntected to account.
You can force refresh by resetting Settings-Advanced Settings-FavIcons.lastrefresh and restart JDownloader
