I was able to setup my account and download image sets no problem at all, however I noticed that the images do not download in order...

Is there any way to fix this?

can you please provide example links and user/pass to support@jdownloader.org so we can check/update plugin.

download in order you mean the filenames or are the names correct but just random download order?

It downloads the pictures and numbers them fine, but they're not in the same order as they are on the website.
