Default Dailymotion

Ever since the last update I haven't been able to download from Dailymotion. It always worked before though.

I'm running into the same problem since installing the latest update. I tried installing an older version of JDownloader from backup and it still won't download D ailymotion videos. Maybe they are working on a fix?

Default Dailymotion offline

Did a search in this sub and didn't see a discussion on Dailymotion so here goes. I think Dailymotion recently changed their player, or maybe something else, now JDownloader2 is not able to download any video - it shows as offline right away. Any idea?

Thanks.

Hi tony2long,

Great, yes, finally seeing the videos getting grabbed now. Thanks for updating the plug-in!

Question, the videos grabbed seem to be in 2 different sets with 1 set labeled with H264 and slightly different in size (see attached screen cap). Are those the HLS?

@sbr: yes, you can customize the plugin in Settings-Plugins-dailymotion
hls doesn't support resume/chunks, mp4 does

Jiza,

Yes, I did see the grab HLS option. Good to know HLS and resume/chunks info. Thanks guys again for getting the plug-in working again!
