1fichier premium + jDownoader 2 - IP blocked for security reasons
I have a premium 1fichier account, and I can log into the web site with no problem, but for some reason, I get a message in jDownloader 2 saying:
"IP blocked for security reasons" I don't have a VPN on my PC either. jDownloader 2 also verifies that my premium 1fichier account is good. Please help. Thank you! Log file: 10.10.18 11.42.45 <--> 10.10.18 12.37.08 jdlog://6814464433151/ |

It seems that 1fichier enables *security protection* (temp. IP blocking) when you download too fast or too many files/specific time. There are other users with same issue. We've added a *wait* feature to add additional waiting time for files smaller than 50 mbytes to reduce files/time. We don't know what exactly is triggering this but all affected user have high bandwitdh and load many many gbytes or many many files

Hmm, well strange, because I had it set to 4 simultaneous downloads, and speed limit 16mbps. This was happening on my PC in my place in Las Vegas (I set it up remotely)
This didn't happen on my other PC here in San Francisco, which has a slower download speed. |

1fichier premium acts like a free account.
For whatever reason, it seems like my premium 1fichier account behaves like it is a free account at my place in Las Vegas (I can only download 2 at a time, and then jDownloader eventually says my download limit has been reached), but I have no problems downloading at my place in San Francisco.
Any ideas? |

will act like this when accounts revert from premium to free account with limits or free download mode without account (for the same reason). So most likely linked to your original reported issue.

I am getting a message now that I am using a free account.
Does anyone have a fix for this issue? I am thinking because I didn't have this issue with an earlier version of jDownloader, that an update started this issue, where my premium 1fichier account is somehow seen as a free account, even though jDownloader confirms in the settings that my 1fichier is premium. @arb226qo77: Please send your logins to support@jdownloader.org so we can check the plugin.
The dialog is normal when downloading via free/non account. The plugin is currently switching to api of 1fichier and of course there still might be some issues with it. We need logins to check/fix the plugin

@arb226q977:
Can't reproduce the issue. Please create a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and wait for error to happen again and the create log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here
