Default what is going on with newer rapidshare

Greetings
I do not understand new Rapidshare policy
Yesterday I upgraded (thru jdownloader from RapidSmall to RapidMedium),
downloaded 8GB, and today I woke up to a newer policy in which I have 1476 Rapids and 3 hours to go!
Can someone explain what is going on.
It is to be noted that today I could not find a single rapidshare link.
All upload from last night (where I usually search) were from hotfile, sharingmatrix, megaupload etc.
many thanks
zivshosh

read rs news
99 rapids (equals 99 cent) for 30gb/30 days runtime
Additional storage: Additional traffic:
1 GB = 2 Rapids/month 5 GB = 14 Rapids

Unused traffic volume does not expire.

great new system

I read RS changed their new policy because of the many complaints. I think it was becoming too complex and only understandable by nuclear scientists and specialists like Jiaz.

thank you for your very quick answer
What I don't understand is the time factor.
As I said I still have 1476 rapids, and 3357MB Traffic left but I'm not Premium.
Only yesterday I bought another 400 rapids, and I have no time left.
If I buy another 99 rapids, for how long I'll still be premium?
I used to download 1-5GB per day.
Now, as I mentioned, I can't find any link to rapidshare.
thanks again.

and still don't get how was I kicked out of premium when I still have 1476 rapids
and more than 3GB traffic left.
why buy another 99 rapids when I have more than I can use?
thank you

Rapidshare changed something again. Take a look at its news section.

becasue your have to extend your premium status yourself or auto renew option. having rapids and traffic is no use when you dont activate premium

thanks again
if I extend either rapidpro or charge more traffic I'll get even more rapids and traffic than I need.
but for how long?
I extended my premium (old, original system) on June 15 for 3 months, next I bought 400 rapid on july 5, and one (1!) day later I'm out?!
does that seem normal?
I'll be glad for any help that will clarify what do I have to do to buy more time (not rapids)
thanks

Cool

This forum should not become an RS support forum. Why don't you ask RS themselves? They must have at least one person with the brain of a rocket scientist who created all this mind boggling complexity.

Default jdownloader support vs. rapidshare support

Remi,
You can be sure that I wrote rapidshare support few time and got only one (1!) response confirming the first mail I sent, appologizing for not being able to solve my problem because they have so many mails lately (I wonder why).
Meanwhile I have 9 posts on the subject from jdownloader board and 2 replies by mail from jdownloader support, some which did help.
See the diff?
Still don't know how do I buy extra time when I have enough rapids & charge?
thank you
zivshosh

This might be an opportunity for jD's Team to start an RS support service - to make some money, of course.

Rapidshares new system is terrible. I won't be renewing my account (or be buying more rapids or whatever it is that their new retarded system uses). I'm interested to know what those who are moving will move to?
