JDownloader Not Responding

Saludos, Tengo una situacion con JD y es la siguiente: Cuando trato de usar el "Click'nLoad" recibo este mensaje: "JDownloader not responding on **External links are only visible to Support Staff** y no se porque pues el "Click'nLoad" esta activado. Ayuda, por favor.
