Exclamation I can't download any video since a month

Hi! I have the latest JDownloader 2 update installed, but I can't download any video since a month.

This is the link to the last video I tried to download:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

And this is the last registration in the program:
24.06.22 21.48.32 <--> 24.06.22 22.08.18 jdlog://8211035302851/

I hope you can help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.

@pibefe: This link doesn't work in browser either
Maybe it expires or does ref/cookie check. Where can we find those links/where do they come from?

Yes, this type of link expires after a short time.

This is the link to the video I want to download:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

And this is the web I use to create the Manifest F4M link to download it in JDownloader 2:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Note: To create the Manifest F4M link, you have to copy the link of the video in the web where it says "Pega aquí la URL del vídeo". Then, you have to click on "Descargar". Seconds later, you will see several types of links. I have always used the ".f4m" format to download videos in JDownloader. It has always worked perfectly for me, until about a month ago.

@pibefe: Thanks for the feedback. The issue is with the service/server. When you copy the f4m url and try to open in browser, it fails for me. I guess f4m is not available for every stream, see website

F4M (en caso de que existan)
as JDownloader doesn't yet support split video/audio hls/mpd, you will have to use other tools for this job

I have already been able to download the video with another type of link (HLS).

Thanks for the feedback. Regards.

@pibefe: nothing to thank me for. Please pay attention that these HLS may be split audio/video and JDownloader doesn't support that yet = will only download video stream

You are right. I have only been able to download the video, but not the audio. Is there a solution, anything I can do? I don't understand much about these computer issues...

At the bottom of the website you'll find manuals how to use other tools for the job meanwhile
