Window does not restore after closing it using "Close to Tray".
Active setting in: Settings -> Tray Icon -> Click on 'Close <X>'Action: Close to Tray. When closing the JD window by clicking on the 'X' (red dot on mac), it closes and the icon of the open JD window does not appear in the Taskbar, as expected, but when clicking on the JD program icon, it was to restore the window from JD and is not restoring. There is a bug which is not restoring the window. The expected behavior would be: after closing the JD window, when clicking on the JD program icon, restore the JD window. This started happening a few months ago, but I don't remember exactly which one version. To restore the window, we currently need to click on the JD menu in the task bar (top bar on mac), and click on preferences. This way the window is restored to the preferences tab. It works, but it's not the expected behavior. I made a video that shows exactly the problem: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Log: 11.11.22 01.32.35 <--> 11.11.22 01.33.52 jdlog://6201311370661/ Tested in: macOS 13 Ventura in MacBook Air M1 with JD ARM - Native JD Java included and Java 8 Update 351 macOS 12 Monterey in MacPro 6,1 and Hackintosh with JD x86_64 - Native JD Java included and Java 8 Update 351 Bug in all. Hi,
it looks like you're mixing "Tray" and "Dock" here. The tray is in the upper right corner and as you can see in your video, the JD icon disappears from the doc but remains in the tray when closing it. Screenshot from your video: ![]()

Hi pspzockerscene,
I think I got this, but the default behavior has always been to restore the JD window when clicking the JD icon in the dock. Currently when “Close to Tray” enabled, it does not restore the window when clicking on the JD icon in the dock. Do you remember in the old days when using “Close to Tray”, when clicking on the JD icon in the dock, the window would restore. Wouldn't the correct behavior be to restore the window when clicking the JD icon in the dock? |

I'm not a mac user so I'm really unable to do comparisons here.
I'm not saying you're wrong but if there was a significant change in behavior we'd probably get more reports about this. It would be interesting to get more feedback about this from other Mac users.

@MrCroissant:
@viniciusmi00: CMD-W *closes* the window, but application still running. You have to restore it from tray icon (top right corner), click on icon and then on JDownloader 2 lettering or double rightclick on it. Tested on MacBook Pro. Think I found the cause, need to check it
