I havent been able to dl from filejoker for the last few days. It always says 2 hours wait left. I then noticed an alert when I clicked the link on jdownloader that says my IP is banned. I haven't done anything but download a few FJ files with jdownloader. Is it possible the way jdownloader downloads the files is triggering a ban?

@heydoh: without any logs we can't tell much. what link on JDownloader did you click? I don't know that you mean by that.
Are you downloading without any account, with free account? are you using vpn/proxy? have you checked in browser what error message shows up? Also please know that many hosts do block VPN/proxy/Datacenter IPs. Please provide a log and more details |

I kind of have a similar problem.
Even using a web browser (Chrome), the link below always says "Wait 2 hours 41 minutes 56 seconds to download for free." no matter when tried. The countdown would not start. JD2 shows same behavior as predicted. The download would not start. **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** |

Works fine here.
My wild guesses are: - You are using a proxy/VPN which filejoker is detecting and/or other users did already use that IP to download from filejoker - You are on a shared network with other users who are also downloading from filejoker Either way your problem is not a JDownloader issue/bug. Try to change your IP (or use a proxy/VPN) or contact the filejoker.net support.

Hello,
Sorry for 'reopening' a somewhat old topic but I am facing the same issue whereas a few weeks/months back I could still download from FJ using JD. Now, every time I get a countdown timer "Wait 1d:23h:59m:59s" and I can never download anything (doesn't start, only timer). I am using a free FJ account. I am not on a VPN, shared IP or anything along those lines. Just a regular home IP. I did find out (just now) if I open the link with my browser, do the captcha there and after the waiting time I copy the link from the download button and put it back into JD (this time the link is something like fs50.filejoker.com) I can just download fine through JD. 20.12.24 09.07.14 <--> 20.12.24 09.19.40 jdlog://6157411370661/ Last edited by pspzockerscene; 20.12.2024 at 10:10. This message is displayed in JD based on the following html code it got from the filejoker.net website:
Code:
<div class="row align-items-center mb-4 download0 download1" id="download"> <div class="col-11 clmn-lg-39 clmn-xl-38 mx-auto buy-now text-big mb-0 alert alert-warning"> Wait 1 day 23 hours 51 minutes 25 seconds to download for free.<br>Buy <a href='#tariffs'>Premium Account</a> and download now!<p class='mb-0 mt-2'><button type='button' class='btn-green btn btn-success rounded' style='padding:10px 30px'>BUY NOW</button></p> Which browser do you use? Please go to ipv6-test.com and post a screenshot of your results.

Well, if I am, than it is indeed unknowingly but as my IP address and provider match with our internet provider it doesn't look like it.
I'm using Firefox 133.0.3 Screenshot (masked my IP): **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** I do get a bad IP score ![]() Not sure why or how I could improve but I assume it's because IPv6 doesn't seem to be supported. But I'd guess that's my provider's fault? |

It's not about that score.
I just wanted to find out whether the problem is IPV4/6 related but since you only got IPV4 that is not the case. Now that still leaves me in the dark as I simply have no explanation why your JDownloader gets that limit page while your browser doesn't. Please do the following: With a fresh, non-blocked IP, open a filejoker.net download link, then do the following: For every page you are on (until you are at the last step where you can start downloading), press CTRL + U to view the html code -> Save it to a .txt file Put all of those .txt files into a .zip file and attach it to your next post. Also take a screenshot of every download step and include them into the .zip file too. Could it be that filejoker.net is displaying texts very similar to the typical error messages for users of certain countries? Aka "Wait 1 day 23 hours 51 minutes 25 seconds to download for free" but not in context of a limit but in context of saying "this is how long it takes to download the file as a free user, go buy premium to dl it faster"?

Oh okay
![]() I've done the steps as requested. All text files are zipped using 7zip. I don't think I can attach it here so I uploaded the file to 1fichier which can be downloaded here: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** 01 = The standard link page (nothing clicked yet) 02 = When the captcha was presented 03 = When I solved the captcha 04 = 90 sec waiting time passed and the "Slow download" button is presented 05 = After clicking the "Slow download" button and the "Download file" button is presented I added the above info to each txt file at the beginning of the filenames. EDIT: now that I am downloading in JD (using the server link obtained via the website), JD shows the message "Website error. Your download hasn't finished yet." which is the normal message when trying to download more than 1 file as a free user. However, when the download is finished, it will change back to "Wait 1d:23h:59m:59s". At least, I assume, as that was what was going on before. Will known for sure when the current download is finished. EDIT2: Now that my download finished, for the other FJ links, JD now shows the countdown timer at about 4 hours. 4 hours might be the correct waiting time so... did the problem just solve itself? Will have to see in a few hours if JD actually starts the next download. Last edited by Vjeetn; 20.12.2024 at 16:21. |

None of your files did contain the "wait time string".
I'am still pretty much out of ideas. I do not think that filejoker is blocking JD on purpose (they could if they wanted) and we did not get any other reports about this problem. I can download your filejoker link just fine. Here is one more super simple test: Test #1 1. Download this link with JDownloader: https://ipcheck0.jdownloader.org/.jdeatme 2. Open the downloaded file in a text editor and check if the IP in the downloaded file is the same IP you see on ipv6-test.com. Another test: Test #2 Remove your filejoker.net free account from JDownloader (or deactivate it), try to download without account and see if that works. Then also do the reverse test: Log out of your free filejoker account in browser and see if you can download the same link without account or if you get a limit message. I'am offline now and back for support on monday.

Hmm strange it didn't contain the string as I saved every page as txt after each step.
Either way, thanks for your support so far! I also don't think FJ is blocking JD as I have been able to successfully download 2 files using the 'open in browser, copy server link to JD' method. I just did test #1 and the IP is the the exact same. Since the timer in JD changed from 48h before to now 'just' 4h I'm curious to see if it will actually download in JD again after the timer's up. If it does fail, I'll try test #2. I'll report back with the results later on. |

The thing is, as explained that JD doesn't just randomly display this wait time due to some bug but because the filejoker website actually contains it.
Differences between "your browser and JDs internal browser" should not happen though. If you cannot get this resolved, I may offer a Teamviewer live support session to you some time next week if you're open for that idea. In the end, it's probably something super simple.

It's solved!
This is super weird... but it appears something was 'stuck', I assume on FJ's end? Downloading in JD by copying the direct server download link somehow triggered something which enabled downloading via JD again. I can now download again as normal and instead of seeing a timer with 48h, I get the normal waiting times of 4h. I'm baffled as to how or why this happened though?! I hadn't downloaded anything in weeks from FJ so it's not that it was a normal waiting time for downloading too much as a free user (aka bandwidth limit exceeded having to wait a few days to reset). Anyhow, it's good to know this 'trick' works to get it going again, as strange as it is. Thanks for all your help though psp! It sure is
![]() I did encounter something else. I have a few FJ links and decided to skip the first one as it was a big file (wanted to download a smaller file first) but doing so gave me another timer ![]() Anyway, after 1h it did start the next download. But all this makes me think the issues are on FJ's end with a few strange quirks here and there. Other than this, I have been able to download normally again ![]() |

same problem here. FJ is stuck on this for weeks
"Wait 1 day 2 hours 16 minutes 27 seconds to download for free." This happens for all the devices on my network. It really does feel like an IP block. Last edited by exekutive; 17.03.2025 at 05:54. |
