@Shanishki: you are using old Windows XP and the provided ffmpeg tool (required for that download) is no longer compatible with old Windows XP or the special chars in filename/path are causing the issue. Most likely it's incompatible version as exit code might indicate

1.) change package/filename and remove special chars and see if that helps
2.)find a working ffmpeg version that still runs on Windows XP and update the paths in
Settings->Advanced Settings->
FFmpegSetup.binarypathprobe
FFmpegSetup.binarypath
You can use rightclick context menu for easier path setting

You should maybe think about upgrading your OS to more recent/still updated OS. Also any recent Linux Distro will most likely run out-of-the-box and provide up2date software/browser/compatibility

ffmpeg-3.4.1.7

MKV file from YouTube, downloading from rutube works

The error you get comes from the real-debrid.com API.

Here are your options to make this work:
1. Contact real-debrid.com support and ask them to fix this.
2. or: disable rutube via RD#1: go to Settings -> Plugins -> real-debrid.com -> Uncheck "rutube.ru"
3. or: disable rutube via RD#2: Create an account usage rule for rutube.ru and disable real-debrid in there, see: https://support.jdownloader.org/know...-free-download
