[Solved] Fatal exception occurred. Program will exit.

I just installed JDownloader. When I try to run it I get the message:
Fatal exception occurred. Program will exit.
It won't start. What do I do?
I added an exception for JDownloader, java.exe, and javaw.exe in my firewall, but still no luck.
