Default website temporary broken but jdownloader disable proxy

Hello

i am downloading files from jdownloader using a list of proxies, but it looks like uptobox is having some problems and jdownloader is disabling the proxies (red thumbs down) instead of considering that the problem is with uptobox, and not the proxy

JDownloader can't tell that the issue is *maybe* with uptobox because the socks5 proxy fails to respond with corresponding error code. I will modify code to assume the error is on host site which will cause in temp. proxy ban instead of session ban

or disable only if the proxy doesn't work when you try to request to a test website that you know for sure is working, or a test api. But you need to be sure that the api allows you to connect and maybe multiple api in case the first is broken. Like an api that gives you your ip.

That doesn't help. Working for site X doesn't mean that site Y also works fine. Just wait for next core update and test it and provide logs in case it still fails

the disabling of proxies has always been poor.
proxy support should have testing module which proxies are tested on adding, periodically, and on failure. Gives you a better idea when failure has happened and gives you a better understanding why, verses disabling entirely.

This is how it should be approached for years.
