Default filer.net Unknown file error
A few files from filer.net give me the error "Unknown file error" when trying to download.

Examples:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

In Browser those files also don't work. Just shows error
