Mirror detection - Auto remove prevention
In relation to the new mirror detection changes.
https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=84133 Prior release: If you copy a bunch of mirror links and you start the download. All of the downloads were able to download. Current release: Having the following issue (https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=84133) and also that now the mirror links also get automatically removed when one of the mirror links is downloaded. Previously that was not the issue. Issue: Sometimes for reasons unclear to me the download is corrupted and I would have to download from the mirror links which i could. But now the entire load set gets removed once one of the mirrors are downloaded. Desired Resolution: Keep the mirrors there until manually removed. Or like previously mark the mirror as "Finished" while the other as anything that doesn't remove it from the interface. So the level of effort to finding the links again or recopying the links isn't left on the user. thanks and appreciate any insight. |

Why did you open up two threads?
Please read the answer in your other thread. I do not really understand your 2nd issue - do you mean JD will remove completely downloaded items (= that can be turned off, default is off) although the downloaded files are corrupt? -psp- EDIT Again: The behavior was not changed by us through recent updates!

as for the second issue. Yes JD will remove not only the completed download but the mirrors as well. The corruption part was a use case scenario that I experienced but it isn't specifically an issue in general. Was showing why i'd like the mirror downloads not to be removed automatically if one of the mirror downloads succeeded in completing. |

This setting is defined as "Never" but all the mirror downloads still automatically get removed when one of the mirror download has finished downloading.
